The Concord
SPCA shelter is dependent on the contributions of the public to
function. In addition to the normal necessities such as dog and
cat food, dry and canned quality kitten food, kitty litter, detergents,
blankets, towels, etc. we often have some very special needs of
a larger nature. Our greatest need at this point is the donation
of land suitable for building a new and larger shelter. If you
have a parcel of land of 5 acres or more that you are willing
to donate, please contact Kim Glass Adams at 753-9801.
We are always in need of foster homes for dogs and cats. We are
looking for homes that will take pregnant cats, moms with kittens,
nursing orphaned kittens until they are 8 weeks old, and adult
dogs. For more information and to fill out an application contact
Diane Cote at the SPCA.
We are always in need of quality kitten food and non-scoopable
litter to supply to the volunteers who so faithfully and lovingly
provide foster homes for the many kittens we receive.
If you can help with any of these needs please send a donation
to Concord SPCA, 130 Washington St., Penacook, NH 03303. Please
indicate how the funds are intended.
