She is a CMSI certified course provider, as well as the recipient of many awards. Most recently she accepted the National Leadership Award from the Business Advisory Council, and was awarded a Congressional Medal of Merit for work on the Business Advisory Council. Kathy has also been the recipient of 12 consecutive Gold and Platinum performance awards.
